Wery beautiful seaside. In territory of the hotel you will have all you need.
Wi-fi is nit free.
The view from the restaurant over Sorrento was million dollar and the food was fantastic value and wonderful which was a surprise for a campground. The pool was great and the beach area was excellent. The organised excursions were excellent especially the trip to Capri on the "Tritone", and staff were very helpful and accommodating.
The accommodation left a lot to be desired, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and bedding and blankets smelt of urine. The bathroom area was full of mould. Take lots of insect repellant as windows and doors don't fully close with gaps all around them. the campground is very dated and needs a major overhaul but then this is Italy where living in a state of ancient decrepitness is a way of life! The only redeeming features were the staff and restaurant food and views, and excursions offered.
Best value I could find for 4-person accommodations near sorrento. Rustic but pleasant. Views from some of the cabins ("bungalows") are spectacular.
Poor service at the camp ground's restaurant. Our bungalow wasn't clean when we arrived, but management quickly corrected the problem and apologized.
The location was great as it was just outside of Sorrento and a short walk to the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job.
It was very musty smelling and they don't provide towels. The staff was very friendly, but this was a old cabin we stayed in and it is very very basic. I would only recommend to someone looking for bare bones accommodations.
The location and the view. Peaceful and relaxing.
The kitchen was very poor equipped. Bring your own knives if you want to chop anything.
The site is very peaceful and green. The mobile home had a large verandah. We spent alot of time swimming and it wasnt crowded on the small "beach".
There is only bedding provided, so remember your own towels, soap, dishwashing liquid, oil, salt etc. It was very small inside the mobile home. barely room to fit our luggage. The beach while wonderful for us, was more like an entry point to the sea, you had to scramble down or jump off rocks and it is very deep, may not be ideal for young children. however there is also a pool. While only 2 km away from town taxis try to charge 15 to 30 euro. There is a bus every 20mins.
Staff very nice and helpful. Cabins good, great views, peaceful. Transport to town and other places good.
Very low value for money the bed is unsleepable the room was very croude the dishes were filthy all of these comparing to other camping sites in italy
The location was excellent, very regular buses in to town but also a walkable distance. The wooden huts are small and basic but excellent value for money and perfect for late night drinks and meals outside.
From our bungalo was fantastic view to Sorrento city and port. Nice beach.
Hi +price , nature, nice view over the water nice breackfast and pizza to 23:00 on the camp - we stayed two night , first we were without elcticity and it was very cold not very near the centrum sorrento
The location was brilliant if you manage to get a cabin with a view looking back over Sorrento, It was a good 20 minutes walk into town or short bus ride, buses were cheap so no problem with this. Pool was lovely and so was the play area. Excellent shop selling yummy sandwiches heading on the road away from Sorrento though.
The cabin was very small with very little provisions inside, no tin opener, washing up liquid or tea towel. Also cabin was getting a bit old, internal doors did not close properly. Beach needed clearing up a bit and is not really suitable for kids. Also restaurant and pool side bar were only open once or twice, perhaps because it was too early in the season.
Private with great view. Staff were helpful with good instructions for bus etc.
Ants in room and not pristine cleanliness but expected for camping environment. A bit of a distance from town, but bus connections easy.
Short distance out of Sorrento (20min walk, 5 mins by bus into town). Narrow road (with lighting) could be dangerous if walking back at night - last bus @ 22-20, but we survived. Our chalet had a good location looking out over the bay but was a 10min walk from entrance to site, but worth it! Best positioned chalets are furthest from Reception so there is a price to pay. Visited in June, nice and peaceful, very relaxing. Chalets partially sheltered by trees. Reception staff very helpful indeed! We were very happy with our choice and would not hesitate to recommend it - especially if you get one of the locations with a good outlook.
Restaurant seemed uninspiring, never got beyond looking at menu. Supermarket limited in range but catered for basics. Ants (v small) were a minor irritation. If you are without transport the walks to and from reception/entrance can be a bit tedious, but as previously stated if you have a long walk you will probably have a good outlook. Not a lot wrong, especially for the cost which we thought was very reasonable.
